week 3

Monday- Speed work... sprints 40-60 yds; pool cool down

Tuesday- 25 min easy early morning

Wednesday- easy 3 early morning; ultimate frisbee evening

...noticed slight pain/sorness in legs (decided to take it easy for the rest of week to avoid overuse injury)

Thursday- OFF

Friday- OFF

Satruday- Easy 4 early moning
