Wednesday- 1 mile warm-up, 2 mile run (alternating MGP and 10kP every 400), 1 mile cool down
rest of the week off... going into Sunday's marathon

Saturday- ran 77 minutes easy out and moderate back

Wednesday- ran one 7:45 mile, 4 x 800s (3:13,3:16,3:01,3:05), another 7:45 mile
Thursday- Easy couple of miles

Monday- 7.5 miles, hilly part of marathon course... From Exposition on Lake Austin, Right on Enfield, Left on Exposition to 35th and back only on Exposition
Tuesday- 6 x 800's, speedwork... times-- 2:59,3:07,3:11,3:10,3:08,3:02
Thursday- 9.2 miles, gradual up hill of course mile 12.13 to 16.73 and back... 79 min
Saturday- 9.5 miles, final 4.5 miles from 4th st to Guadalupe and back... 1:22 (pain and stitch free, felt really good)
Tuesday- 6 x 800's, speedwork... times-- 2:59,3:07,3:11,3:10,3:08,3:02
Thursday- 9.2 miles, gradual up hill of course mile 12.13 to 16.73 and back... 79 min
